Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform

Payments are processed through Stripe. By using the payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• Event organizers connect their own Stripe accounts to receive payments directly from vendors.
• Vendor Space charges a platform fee on each transaction. The fee percentage depends on your subscription plan (Free: 5%, Pro: 3%, Enterprise: 1%).
• Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Vendor Space is not responsible for disputes between organizers and vendors regarding payments, refunds, or services.

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Vendor Space. You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform (event details, vendor data, form configurations).

By submitting content, you grant Vendor Space a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendor Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vendor Space in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice before termination, except where immediate action is necessary.

Upon account termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.
