I ran job fairs and craft markets before I wrote a single line of code. Every event was the same: vendor applications scattered across email and DMs, a Google Sheet that broke every time I sorted it, and hours spent chasing booth payments by hand. I was spending more time managing vendors than managing the actual event.
I looked for software that did all of it - applications, payments, booth assignments, vendor communication - in one place. Nothing existed that was built specifically for event organizers. The tools that came close charged $30-50 per month before you collected a single dollar from a vendor. So I built Vendor Space.
The product is free to use. You pay 6% when vendors pay you. That is the entire pricing model. I built this for organizers like me who need the tool but do not need another monthly subscription eating into their event budget.
